Sugarmill Woods is located in the SW portion of Citrus County - better known as the "Nature Coast" - in the town of Homosassa. It is a 6,000 acre deed restricted residential community with central water and sewage featuring Cypress Village, Oak Village and Southern Woods. There are 45 holes of golf and almost 2,000 acres of protected woods with beautiful oak, pine and native palm trees and natural vegetation.
